YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for complying with all applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction. Many states require all-party consent for audio recording. Unauthorized recording may be illegal and subject to criminal penalties. CareZiaSpace provides geolocation-based warnings but assumes no liability for your use of recording features.
Family Guard Pro and fleet tracking require affirmative opt-in consent from all tracked parties. For users under 13, COPPA-compliant parental consent is required. Tracking without consent may violate state and federal laws.
Fleet Manager provides tracking and organizational tools, NOT legal advice. Users remain solely responsible for FMCSA compliance. CareZiaSpace does not guarantee accuracy of compliance data or regulatory updates.
CareZia AI Companion, AI chat assistants, and all AI-powered features on CareZiaSpace are INFORMATIONAL TOOLS ONLY. They are expressly NOT:

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. CareZiaSpace and its affiliates assume NO liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content, suggestions, or guidance. Always seek qualified professional help for mental health, medical, or legal matters.
Offline features require prior data download and compatible devices. Always test in non-emergency settings. CareZiaSpace is not liable for offline feature failures.
CareZiaSpace Group Sessions, community forums, buddy system features, and all peer support tools are PEER SUPPORT COMMUNITIES ONLY. They are expressly NOT therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, clinical treatment, or any form of licensed mental health service. Participation does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or any other professional-client relationship of any kind. Facilitators are community moderators and/or AI tools — they are NOT licensed therapists, psychologists, social workers, or medical professionals.
CareZiaSpace, its founders, officers, employees, moderators, and affiliates assume ZERO liability for any outcome, harm, or damages — physical, emotional, psychological, or financial — arising from participation in any group session, buddy connection, peer chat, or community interaction. By participating, you acknowledge and accept sole responsibility for your own mental and physical health decisions. Emergency Remote and basic features are provided free of charge with no signup required.
Paid subscriptions (Family Guard Pro, Owner Operator Pro) are billed monthly or annually via PayPal or other payment processors. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. No refunds for partial months.
Promotional pricing and offers are subject to terms disclosed at time of purchase. Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the Service belong to CareZiaSpace or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy, including location data, health data, and usage analytics.
CareZiaSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or illegal activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAREZIA SPACE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Direct Connect is an independent community platform operated by CareZiaSpace LLC. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Instagram, or any other social media company. All branding, features, and systems are original works of CareZiaSpace LLC.
CareZiaSpace does not review or pre-screen content posted or streamed on Direct Connect. Users and creators are solely responsible for their content. CareZiaSpace will act on valid DMCA notices and community violations per our moderation policy.
Wolf Coins are a virtual platform currency. They are NOT legal tender, cryptocurrency, a financial investment, or a store of monetary value. All Wolf Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Wolf Coin Terms. Creators who receive Wolf Coins as Support Drops are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes. See our full Wolf Coin Terms and Creator Agreement for details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alabama in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
CareZiaSpace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
