CareZiaSpace LLC ("CareZiaSpace") respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices and will remove or disable access to infringing content.

3. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be valid, your notice must include ALL of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature (or authorized representative)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material and its URL or location on Direct Connect
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

4. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, CareZiaSpace will:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
2. Notify the content creator of the takedown
3. Document the notice for our records

We aim to process valid notices within 72 hours of receipt.

5. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@careziaspace.com including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed content and its prior location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to federal court jurisdiction

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original claimant seeks a court order.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

CareZiaSpace maintains a repeat infringer policy. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedowns will have their accounts permanently terminated. We track and enforce this policy in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

7. Livestreaming & User-Generated Content

Direct Connect hosts live streams, reels, music, and community posts created by users. CareZiaSpace is not responsible for content posted by users. However, we will act on valid DMCA notices and moderate content that violates copyright law.

Creators are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all music, video, images, and other content used in their livestreams or posts.

8. Safe Harbor

CareZiaSpace qualifies for safe harbor protection under the DMCA as a service provider. We do not receive financial benefit directly attributable to infringing activity and act expeditiously to remove infringing content upon proper notification.
