2. COPPA Compliance (Family Tracking)
PARENTAL CONSENT REQUIRED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13
If you are tracking a child under 13 years old, you MUST be a parent or legal guardian and provide verifiable parental consent.
Required Actions:
- Confirm you are the parent/legal guardian
- Provide affirmative opt-in consent for GPS tracking
- Review and approve data collection practices
- Acknowledge you can revoke consent at any time
Your Rights:
- Review what data we collect about your child
- Revoke consent and delete all child data
- Prevent further collection or use of child data
3. Adult Tracking Consent
⚠️ CONSENT REQUIREMENT
You may ONLY track adults (18+) who have provided explicit, affirmative opt-in consent.
- • Each adult must consent through the app before being tracked
- • Consent is logged with timestamp and IP address
- • Adults can revoke consent at any time
- • Unauthorized tracking may violate state/federal laws
4. Billing Terms
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
- Cancel anytime - no penalty or fees
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions
- Price changes require 30 days advance notice
