1. Who This Applies To

This Creator Agreement applies to any user who goes live via Pack Live, receives Wolf Coin Support Drops, earns from pack growth or referrals, or publishes content (posts, reels, music, stories) on Direct Connect.

2. Revenue Share

Creators receive 85% of all Wolf Coins sent by viewers as Support Drops. CareZiaSpace retains 15% as a platform fee. Wolf Coin payouts convert to USD at 100 Wolf Coins = $0.85 USD (subject to change with 30 days notice).

4. Tax Responsibility

You are an independent creator, not an employee of CareZiaSpace LLC. You are solely responsible for reporting all income to the IRS and applicable authorities, paying all self-employment and income taxes, and providing accurate tax information (W-9 or W-8BEN) upon request. CareZiaSpace will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC to creators earning $600+ in a calendar year.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant CareZiaSpace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in marketing materials. You are solely responsible for copyright compliance of all music, images, and video you use.

6. Prohibited Content

Creators may not publish or livestream: nudity or sexual content, content inciting violence or self-harm, hate speech or harassment, copyrighted material without rights, gambling or pyramid schemes, content involving minors inappropriately, or any content that violates applicable law.

Violation = immediate account termination + forfeiture of all pending earnings.

7. Livestream Copyright Compliance

Creators are responsible for all music, audio, and video content used during livestreams. Playing copyrighted music without a license is prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate stream termination
• DMCA takedown of the recorded stream
• Account suspension
• Forwarding of DMCA notice to the creator

The Report Live button in every Pack Live stream allows viewers to flag copyright violations with timestamp logging. Flagged streams are reviewed by our moderation team within 24–72 hours.

8. No Income Guarantee

Earnings on Direct Connect are not guaranteed.

Pack growth, Support Drops, and referral income depend entirely on your content, audience, and engagement. Direct Connect is not a financial investment product. Wolf Coins have no guaranteed monetary value.

9. Fraud & Abuse — Zero Tolerance

The following will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Bot farming or artificial inflation of metrics
• Coordinated fake engagement rings or self-gifting schemes
• Chargeback abuse
• Manipulation of the Wolf Coin earning or payout system
• Identity fraud during the verification process

CareZiaSpace reserves the right to report fraud to payment processors and law enforcement.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

CareZiaSpace may suspend or terminate any creator account for violations of this Agreement, the Community Code, or applicable law. Upon termination: earnings below payout threshold are forfeited, your content license is revoked, and CareZiaSpace may retain content for moderation and legal purposes.

12. Modifications

CareZiaSpace may update this Agreement at any time with 30 days notice. Continued use of creator features after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
