Wolf Coin Terms
Virtual Currency Policy — Direct Connect
Effective: May 7, 2026
"Wolf Coins are limited virtual platform items intended solely for entertainment, creator appreciation, and platform engagement within Direct Connect. Wolf Coins are not legal tender, currency, securities, investments, bank deposits, or financial instruments and hold no cash value outside the Direct Connect platform."
🚫 Wolf Coins are NOT legal tender, cryptocurrency, a financial investment, a bank deposit, or a store of value. They cannot be redeemed for cash by viewers and have no cash value outside Direct Connect.
1. What Are Wolf Coins?
Wolf Coins are a virtual platform currency used exclusively within Direct Connect for:
- Sending Support Drops to creators during livestreams
- Recognizing and appreciating creators
- Platform engagement and community participation
Wolf Coins are non-transferable between user accounts and are not redeemable for cash by the purchaser.
2. Purchasing Wolf Coins
Wolf Coins are sold in packs at prices listed at time of purchase, processed via PayPal. All prices are in USD and subject to change with 7 days notice. You must be 18+ to purchase (or have verifiable parental consent if 13–17).
3. No Refunds
All Wolf Coin purchases are final and non-refundable.
Coins sent as Support Drops cannot be recovered. Unused coins may be eligible for refund within 48 hours of purchase if unspent — contact support@careziaspace.com. Exceptions for verified technical errors only.
4. Not a Financial Product
Wolf Coins are not: legal tender, cryptocurrency or blockchain assets, securities or investments, bank deposits, stores of monetary value, or subject to FDIC insurance or any financial consumer protection. CareZiaSpace is not a financial institution in connection with Wolf Coins.
5. Fraud Prevention, Holds & Withholding
"Wolf Coin balances may be delayed, reviewed, adjusted, or withheld in cases of fraud, abuse, manipulation, chargebacks, policy violations, or suspicious activity."
CareZiaSpace reserves the right to:
- Place a 14-day security hold on all payout requests before processing
- Require identity verification (government-issued ID) before any payout is issued
- Conduct manual review of any payout request flagged for suspicious activity
- Deny, reduce, or reverse earnings obtained through fraud, bot farming, fake engagement rings, chargeback abuse, or manipulation of the Wolf Coin system
- Permanently terminate accounts and forfeit all balances for verified fraud or abuse
Minimum payout threshold: ~5,883 Wolf Coins ($50 USD equivalent). This threshold exists to deter fraud and cover processing overhead.
6. Creator Payouts
Creators who receive Wolf Coins as Support Drops may convert them to USD at 100 coins = $0.85 USD (subject to change). Payout requires:
- Minimum balance of ~5,883 coins (~$50)
- 14-day security hold after request submission
- Identity verification for first payout
- Completion of tax information (W-9 or W-8BEN)

7. Fraud & Abuse — Zero Tolerance
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:
- Bot farming or artificial inflation of Wolf Coin balances
- Coordinated fake engagement rings (purchasing coins among colluding accounts)
- Chargeback abuse
- Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases
- Any scheme to manipulate the Wolf Coin earning or payout system
Violations may be reported to payment processors and law enforcement.
8. Expiration & Account Termination
Wolf Coins do not expire while your account is in good standing. If your account is suspended or terminated for policy violations, unused Wolf Coins are forfeited with no refund. CareZiaSpace may discontinue Wolf Coins with 60 days notice, during which unused coins may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
9. Age Requirement
Wolf Coin purchases require users to be 18+ or have documented parental consent (ages 13–17). Users under 13 are prohibited from purchasing Wolf Coins.
